The humble bee is under threat and needs our help.
American honeybee colonies have been dying at a rate of about 30% per year, every year, since 2006.
Bee News - The EU have passed the world's first continent-wide ban of neonic insecticides.
How to support our award-winning campaign:
✔ Sign our petition to encourage the EPA to halt the manufacture and use of neonics and help protect our precious bees.
✔ Plant wild flowers and create a bee friendly habitat.
✔ Choose organic and help protect bees from deadly insecticides.
Raised over $100,000
Since our campaign launched in 2011, purchases of Bee Lovely products have helped to raise over $100,000, which we've shared among our Bee Lovely Charities.
Globally we've collected a massive 100,000 petitions calling for the end of neonicotinoid use in the US and UK. This deadly insecticide is 7,000 times more deadly than DDT, which was banned in 1972, and has been linked to the dramatic loss of honeybees around the world.
Since 1947, the American bee population has plummeted from 6 million honey-producing hives to just 2.5 million. Worse, that number is still dropping.
Please continue to support this vital campaign, keep planting wild flowers and sharing your knowledge of the plight of the humble bee.
The moisturizing organic honey in our new Bee Lovely range is a blend of two honeys so pure, they're good enough to eat.
Fine, creamy honey from Nicaragua, where the bees gather nectar from tropical flowers, is blended with delicately flavored honey from southeastern Mexico.
Both come from cooperatives that guarantee a fair price and sustainable market for the small-scale farmers, and access to their incredible pure organic honey for us.
And don't worry about the bees, the honey is sustainably-sourced, with the beekeepers leaving enough honey to feed the bees through the lean winter months.
