Return Policy 

We hope you are fully satisfied with all the products you purchase from NYR Organic, however, should there be any instance when you are not, please contact your NYR Organic Independent Consultant.

This guarantee applies solely to Neal’s Yard Remedies products that are sold to you by an NYR Organic Independent Consultant within the United Sates. We will refund, replace, or exchange only products in their original, unused, marketable condition.

The following sections set forth under which circumstances you may return a product:

  1. Cooling Off Period:
    • Within three (3) days of purchase, you may cancel your purchase for a full refund.

  2. General Returns:
    • You may return any products purchased on this Site within Forty-Five (45) calendar days of date of purchase for a refund of purchase price and sales tax (excludes shipping).
    • You may only and exclusively return products purchased from your NYR Organic Independent Consultant and from no other source, supplier, or Consultant.
    • Accordingly, you will need to submit proof of purchase.

  3. Damages or Packing Error:
    • You may return any product you received that is either damaged or does not meet the specifications of your order.
    • You must report any such damage or packing error within Forty-Five (45) calendar days of the system order date.
    • The Consultant Product Issue Form must be filled out by your NYR Organic Independent Consultant and emailed to the Home Office at Inquiries.us@nyrorganic.com.

Return Process:
Please contact your NYR Organic Independent Consultant. To properly process a return, exchange, or refund, it is the Consultant’s responsibility to fill out the Product Issue Form with the required information and email the document to the Home Office at Inquiries. us@nyrorganic.com.
The Consultant will provide instructions to you on how and where to return the product(s).

Refund:
Provided all the above conditions are fully satisfied and we receive the returned product, you will receive a refund of the purchase price and tax. However, we will not refund the shipping cost paid with the original purchase and you will also be responsible for the cost of shipping the product you want to return.
Any refund will be credited to the same means of payment used to make the original purchase (e.g.: same credit or debit card).

Non-Refundable Products:
If any of the conditions described above (sections 1 through 3) is not satisfied, you will be notified: 

  • That the product cannot be returned; 
  • That we may not issue a refund; and
  • The reason for our decision; 

Refused Shipments
Neither a Consultant nor a consumer shall refuse any shipment from the Company unless prior approval of the Company has been obtained. If the Company determines that a valid reason exists for refusing shipment, it will instruct the Consultant or consumer on the proper procedure.
