• How to use

  Put a small quantity into the hands, allow balm to soften and then apply to the tummy and breasts, avoiding the nipples.

  Spread evenly and gently massage in to aid absorption. It will depend on the size of the tummy, but no more than one teaspoon per application should be needed. For best results apply twice a day.

  Warning: Avoid contact with eyes. Avoid use in case of known allergy to listed ingredients.

• Packaging & recycling

  Jar: Glass. Recycle in your kerbside recycling or at your local bottle bank.

  Label: Peel off the bottle or jar, double over and recycle with plastic.

  Lid: Plastic. These are made from PP and are recyclable but not all local authorities accept them yet. Please check with your local authority if they can be disposed of in kerbside recycling or at a collection point. Remove the lid and recycle separately.
