Nancy Wilcox

Senior Ambassador

Soon after earning her degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University in 1976, Nancy chose a different career path. She and her husband Bruce started their family with Nancy choosing to be a stay at home mom. She was introduced to Direct Selling in 1985 when she had 4 young children. The idea of a night out with her friends hosting parties and earning extra income was exciting. This was the beginning of her successful Direct Selling career that has earned her numerous awards, exotic trips all over the globe and most importantly a strong income that helped put her 6 children through private school and college.

The freedom to work when you want and write your own paycheck is the perfect career for women who want choices. Nancy has achieved the top level in 5 companies during her 29 years in Direct Selling. She has personally sponsored hundreds of women and helped many of them reach the top. She has built teams that have generated yearly sales of over $20 million. For Nancy, the most rewarding part of her Direct Selling career has been teaching other women to achieve the level of success that she has achieved.

After joining NYR Organic in 2011, Nancy quickly earned her way to the top to become the first Senior Ambassador. She currently has a team of almost 2000 Consultants with 10 direct leaders. She has personally sponsored 124 women and believes that sharing this exciting business with others is the key to her success.

Nancy and her husband Bruce live in Norfolk, VA. Her grown children are scattered all over the globe. She enjoys traveling, running, hiking and is passionate about living a healthy lifestyle.

Jane Wotton

Founding Leader

Jane joined NYR Organic as a Founding Leader in September 2009. She has worked with Neal’s Yard Remedies in various roles for 15 years: as a franchisee, a mail order licensee, and now as an independent consultant at the Group Leader level with their direct sales division in the US.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from University College London, a Diploma in Homoeopathic Pharmacy from the British Institute of Homoeopathy, and an MBA from the University of Connecticut, and has previously worked in the UK as a pharmacist in both hospital and retail sectors, and in the US as a management consultant with Ernst & Young.

Direct sales was not necessarily the business where I saw myself working when I left university! When I started learning about it, I had the same questions that many of us do, but 4 years later, have embraced it and love it! There are so many positive aspects: the chance for anyone, regardless of education or background, to start their own business for just $99, the ability to determine your own income depending on the time you available to work at building your client base and team, the camaraderie, support and incredible friendships, but perhaps most of all seeing the personal growth and success of many members of my team.

Karen Crosby-DiCenzo

Group Leader

Karen is originally from the Boston area and spent the early part of her career in Orlando, Florida working in the entertainment and hotel industries with such renowned companies as The Walt Disney Company, and Hilton Hotels Corporation. Karen has over 15 years experience in Human Resources as a generalist with specialization recruitment and training and development. Her background also includes executive search and recruitment for one of the top human resources recruiting firms in the Northeast. Her passion lies in assembling top notch talent to create exceptional teams in corporate and field sales.

In 2001 Karen joined the field sales force of a leading skin care and cosmetics network marketing company in the United States. Her leadership and vision were instrumental in opening up the Northeast Region of the country.  She eventually built a team that represented thousands of independent consultants throughout the United States and the world.   Karen achieved the top position of Independent Consultant/ Executive National Vice President and has won numerous sales and team building awards. In addition, she has trained large field sales audiences throughout the United States.
Karen holds a B.S. Degree from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida and has a certificate in Human Resources Management from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts.  She is the mother of Danielle, a student at the University of Vermont and  Chad who is entering his Freshman year at The Pingree School.
